We have trained and worked alongside the most qualified geotechnical engineers in South Florida. Geotechnical & Drilling
Every new project starts with evaluating the ground conditions to determine the most suitable foundation system prior to its construction. We are the preferred option for providing feasible and cost-efficient geotechnical engineering solutions to our clients.

Construction Material Testing
We are a trusted partner by local clients, contractors and suppliers when it comes to sampling and testing construction materials for new and existing construction projects. Our staff has extensive field and laboratory experience that delivers accurate results in general accordance with ASTM Standards and the Florida Building Code.

Specialty Testing
As part of our understanding of local construction and project specifications, we provide specialty testing for materials, including non-destructive testing of concrete and welds, floor flatness and levelness testing, relative humidity of concrete, and several other tests.

Specialty Inspections
As part of our goal to become an integral partner in the QA/QC process of the projects, we offer a variety of services that include evaluating and documenting structures conditions, vibration monitoring, 40- and 50-year recertifications, and many more.

From a Phase I and Due Diligence environmental site assessment evaluation, to a contamination remediation, we strive to assist our clients in evaluating risks from an environmental perspective while providing our familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations.
